My qualifications

An international trainer in leadership and communications for 15 years

I work for clients in various industries mainly international or global corporations. Thanks to an extended stay in the US, I am able to carry out all training and coaching sessions in either English or German. My many years of experience in supporting and developing senior managers and leaders enables me to make a real difference to those facing multiple challenges in today’s world of work. I would welcome the opportunity to bring this expertise into your organisation in order to support your top talent.

What matters to me

My trainings: highly interactive, to the point and practical

An open and focused working atmosphere is at the heart of successful development processes. When participants have fun learning together and from one another, this creates perfect conditions for experimentation, adoption and ultimately behavioural change.
Another important aspect is reference to current developments: how do people work in a matrix organisation? What does obsessive cost-consciousness mean in business? How do virtual teams work? How do companies establish technical and managerial career paths side by side?
